The Name field is only needed if the drivers name has an apostraphe in it (i.e. John O'Neal, Jr.) due to a limitation of our form technology. All you have to do is type out the name again in the field.
The LName field is for our new automatic driver list creation. If a driver had a two-word first name (ex. St. James Davis, Roger Lee Newton, or Toni Marie McCray) please write what should be the last name for that driver (ex. Davis, Newton, McCray). If that is NOT the case, DON'T touch the field. All these fields are locked to admin-only to prevent abuse.
