As of March 2020, 2017-2019 is complete. This series was formed in 2016 as the Texas Open Wheel Racing series went dormant. In November 2019, the TOWR promoter contacted NOW600 expressing interest in restarting managing a tour. Due to the series ownership shifting back to this previous promoter and how the press release was worded, our site for statistical purposes considered the 2020 version of this tour part of the original TOWR history and the NOW600 North Texas Region its own, subsequently defunct tour.
